ROYAL PALMS RESORT & SPA

The Royal Palms Resort & Spa has served generations of couples in Phoenix, Arizona as a wedding venue for almost 90 years. With more than 20,000 square feet and nine acres of wedding event space, the Royal Palms is an intimate wedding destination with indoor and outdoor options for every couple. From towering palms and lush gardens to hidden nooks and regal, Spanish Colonial architecture, guests truly feel as though they've been transported to another country entirely. CEREMONY & RECEPTION SITES

ALEGRIA GARDEN

The Alegria Garden is a romantic, intimate ceremony venue surrounded by vibrant flowers and fragrant citrus trees. This ceremony venue is perfect for a small to medium-sized guest list, allowing for up to 120 seated guests for a ceremony. The garden is surrounded by stone walls with two gorgeous wooden doors for a special entrance. The space also features an elevated platform for the couple and bridal party.

VERNADERO LAWN CEREMONY

The Vernadero Lawn is at the heart of the resort, surrounded by bustling palm trees and an unmatched view of sunset on Camelback Mountain. This ceremony space offers room for up to 180 guests. The highlight of ceremonies on Vernadero Lawn is the altar-inspired staircase, offering every guest a view of the impending nuptials.

VERNADERO LAWN RECEPTION

For a reception under the desert starlight, the Vernadero Lawn is the perfect space. Ceremonies on the lawn can be transformed into an environment fit for dinner. As shown above, the same lawn was used for a ceremony, then became the dinner setting for the same group of guests.

CAMELBACK VISTA

Tucked on the north side of the property, Camelback Vista is already one of the most desired and intimate venues at the resort with features including a fireplace with a surrounding brick patio, a pristine lawn, lush landscaping and a gated entrance for enhanced privacy. This space accommodates the following guests: 150 ceremony, 180 reception and 100 seated dinner.

ORANGE GROVE

The newly imagined Orange Grove venue was built on the site of the historic estate’s original orange grove, one of the first private groves in the area in the 1930s. Following suit with the rich history of the resort and the Spanish Colonial, Mediterranean and Mexican Hacienda styles, the new space offers a fireplace, pergola, brick pavers, tile mural, beautiful landscaping and, of course, orange trees. This space accommodates the following guests: 200 ceremony, 200 reception, 170 seated dinner.

ESTRELLA SALON

The Estrella Salon is the perfect reception space for formal events, featuring high-beamed ceilings with wrought-iron chandeliers and rich Mediterranean colors. The ballroom opens up to stunning views of the tiled reflecting pool. With space for up to 180 seated guests, the Estrella Salon is the largest ballroom on the Royal Palms property.

PALMERA SALON

The Palmera Salon reception space is nestled in the heart of the property. Featuring an ornate fireplace & wrought iron chandeliers, this beautiful ballroom is sure to wow your out of town guests. The salon offers an adjoining social area with spacious patio & reflecting pool.

The Royal Palms plays host to some of the most beautiful backdrops. I love to walk the space with my couples, so we can find the perfect spots. I pride myself on the ability to transform site locations to embrace and enhance the look and style of your wedding.
