THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE.
THE BEAUTY YOU PLANNED.
EVERYTHING ELSE THAT JUST HAPPENED.

— SAMANTHA & ADAM

“Working with Elyse felt effortless. She captured the beauty, the emotion, and so many moments we didn’t even realize were happening.”

Hi, I’m Elyse — and that’s my husband, Jeff, our resident Jack Black lookalike haha.

I studied photography and earned my BFA, then sort of stumbled into weddings more than two decades ago. From the very first one, I loved all of it — the emotion and family dynamics, the design and fashion, and everything happening just outside the moment everyone else is watching.

I’ll step in and give direction when you need it, and let things unfold when you don’t. I want you laughing, celebrating, and spending time with your people while I’m paying attention to everything around you.

For me, the best photographs have both beauty and soul. I want yours to bring back how beautiful everything was, how much fun you had, how loved you felt — and the moments you didn’t even know were happening.

I’d love to hear about your wedding.
